    Training Strategy, Creation of SOPs, Policies;

    Training Need Analysis;

    Induction training for HO;

    Developing & Managing Content;

    Capability Development for the Managerial Employees;

    Training Data & MIS Management


    Technical Competency:

    Expert on LAP/Housing Finance & MSME Loans knowledge

    Expert in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

    Proficient in drafting skills


    Minimum Qualifications: Postgraduate is preferable.


    Minimum Experience: 10 to 12 years
